Back at It!

I'm back from my Vegas trip and on the treadmill. Brutal few days and I'm hitting it hard today!

Sun, alcohol and zero sleep makes it slightly rough to get back into a routine.

One protein bar isn't enough for 3 hours of housework and an intense workout! Noted.

I had brunch with my mom and did pretty well! 2 eggs, Canadian bacon and buckwheat pancakes. Only 75 extra calories than I normally eat.

Daily struggle, I tell you. DAILY.

Drinking is dangerous!

And I'm not talking about your liver. I went to Yard House yesterday and slipped on the floor. I was completely sober. Messed up my workout for yesterday.

I'm taking it easy today and going light on my foot. Very annoyed.

Hoping it heals quick. I have Vegas coming up!!!

Back on it!

It's been a few days since I've hit the treadmill. Getting the house ready for our 4th of July BBQ was a weeklong workout in itself!!!

Excited to get back to my routine. Vegas in 3 weeks and my high school reunion in a month!!! Ack!
