It's been awhile since I've posted on here. Ok, a long while. Not sure what my weight was last time I posted, but I definitely had a roller-coaster year. At one point I had gained approximately 45 pounds from my 'wedding weight.'
Not great. In January 2012 I decided it was time to make a change. I was constantly wearing black and ashamed to go out in public since I didn't have any clothes that fit. Mr. Awesome and I decided to change our lives. We found TSFL and haven't looked back!
Mr. Awesome has lost about 35 pounds, and I've lost 32. I'm almost back to my 'wedding weight' but that isn't where I want to be for the rest of my life. My goal is to lose another 35 pounds, and I know I can do it. My clothes are fitting from the Honeymoon, even though I'm not at the same weight. My body is changing in all the right places.
I'm struggling to find the motivation to get to the "Next Level" that I know I can get to. I'm starting with daily goals, and achieving them is so rewarding. I got rid of the first 32, now onto the next 32.

Back at It!
I'm back from my Vegas trip and on the treadmill. Brutal few days and I'm hitting it hard today!
Sun, alcohol and zero sleep makes it slightly rough to get back into a routine.

Whopsie
You know you haven't had enough calories when you have to get a muscle milk during your workout.
One protein bar isn't enough for 3 hours of housework and an intense workout! Noted.

I had brunch with my mom and did pretty well! 2 eggs, Canadian bacon and buckwheat pancakes. Only 75 extra calories than I normally eat.

Drinking is dangerous!
And I'm not talking about your liver. I went to Yard House yesterday and slipped on the floor. I was completely sober. Messed up my workout for yesterday.
I'm taking it easy today and going light on my foot. Very annoyed.
Hoping it heals quick. I have Vegas coming up!!!
